those are the normal showers here in brazil, been using it for 24 years and nothing happened to me lol, mine is a little fancier than those of the images, but still it works the same way, water and eletrictiy working together to give you a nice hot or warm shower, it can be easily turned into a deadly torture device, but if installed correctly it's pretty safe to use, a good one makes water hot like boiling water in a few seconds, but when it's not working properly the hottest water it can get still cold as shit

if you spend too much time in the hot shower it may turn off the power of your home

lol yeah, there are many crazy things here, well underdeveloped country are a bit crazy places indeed. But i guess everyplace and everyone has it's quirks. Like for example you americans eat corn flakes, nobody here in brazil eats that, i think brazilians have a healthier diet and lifestyle than many developed countries. I have heard about a study that scientists did feed some rats just with corn flakes, and some just with the paper of the box of the corn flakes, and the rats feed with the paper lived longer than the rats eating the corn flakes damn
