Posted by TheMiamiDeSantos - November 29th, 2022

Carnage swedish death metal sick as fuck

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVdMapdFeVk

The message of pain

Masters of war

Minds of destruction

Rotten to the core

Eyeballs melting

Down your face

This is the end

Of the human race

The twentieth century

A century of death

Global carnage

The day man lost

After Metal Gear Rising, Devil May Cry 5, and even Sonic Frontiers, I’m going to need some recommendations for heavy metal bands. All three of those video games are great gateways into the music genre.

…I suppose Doom is, too, but I’ve never been good at FPSes (First Person Shooters).

You did like the Carnage - Gente Exhuming? I can recommend more stuff like that haha
the metal gear rising song "it has to be this way" is somekind of power metal, the guitar aren't intense as you would listen in power metal bands like Sabaton and it has keyboards, the vocals has effects similar to some bands like Ghost use (specially in their album Infestissumam). This song also did remind me a bit of a epic heavy/doom metal song Solstice - Neither Time nor Tide
devil may cry 5 has many different styles, electronic, nu metal, post-punk, some music sounds like nu metal you would see Korn, Slipknot or Sepultura - Roots. they also have many elements of eletronic and synthetized if you want to listen to something very heavy and brutal and synthetized there is Grind.bot
Sonic frontiers stuff sounds like nu metal you would see Linkin Park or Slipknot do

@TheMiamiDeSantos I’ve never really understood music to the point where I could differentiate between different sub-genres of things like metal. Any loud song that sounds like noise to my old-fashioned Disney-obsessed parents will do.

well i'm very metalhead i can differ almost any subgenre of it, Carnage is a death metal band, slipknot, korn, linkin park they are all Nu metal bands. Iron maiden and judas priest are heavy metal bands. Now for the noise i'll make a list of songs to make anyone like "wtf?":
Carnage - Blasphemies of the Flesh
Napalm Death - Impressions
Carcass - Vomited Anal Tract
Old Funeral - Devoured Carcass
Nihilist - Abnormally Deceased
Mortician - The Crazies
Master - Funeral Bitch
Slaughter - Disintegrator / Incinerator
O.L.D. - Total Hag
Macabre - Embalmer
Mortem - Mutilated Corpse (Demo 1989)
Poison - Yog-Sothoth
Repulsion - Excruciation
Sarcófago - Satanás
Scurvy - Cadaverator
The Accused - Take My Time
Terrorizer - Storm of Stress
Torsofuck - Erotic Diarrhea Fantasy
Slayer - Angel of Death
Unseen Terror - Garfield for President

u should make metal songs

hehe i tried, i used to play guitar, bass (guitar in disguise) as well drum programming on lmms, but i sucked and it was too much time to make simple music, so i did prefer to give up on doing music and focus on the animations
