Sounds familiar...ye olde class gap. Every society since civilization began has had one. A wealthy minority with most of the resources gets its way, while the laboring masses bust their asses to get by.
yeah, but it has some quirks, like when i was younger i remember people here in brazil used to party more, make some barbecues and invite their friends and families, celebrate their birthdays and make parties, inviting friends and such. Nowadays those things are disappearing, brazil is turning into a country like china, a wealthy country, with rising economy and such, but with it's people having no access to it's wealthy

well, some gringos know brazil is a very wealthy country when it comes to commodities and natural resources, food, meat, water, nature, petrol, ores, etc. But some don't know the average brazilian doesn't have access to those wealth
Similar to china, some people see china full of technology, full of cool infrastructure, building (and demolishing) cities so fast, economy rising and think china is a wonderful place, but most of china people doesn't have access to those stuff
