I remember I once had wireless headphones and it just stopped charging at some point. I wasn't so sure if it was the charger that stopped working or it was something inside the headphones. Either way, I've used wired headphones since then.
the right choice
Wired is better and good for gaming as it's 24/7 until it's break, meanwhile wireless is just good for music and has to be charged too, some wireless stuff can be active until 3-5 hours

Wireless does make it look cleaner but it needed to be charged every day while wired connection will work all day 24/7 until it break; in a long term, wired is somewhat better
