This reminds of the iconic censorship of that one SpongeBob episode where, whenever SpongeBob or Patrick said "Bad Word #11," dolphin noises would play.
Censorship/Political Correctness is an irritating thing even tamer artists like me have to deal with, but it sure is fun when people get more creative than just covering nipples with black bars or bleeping bad language. I like how your ideas almost sent my mind to even dirtier places than if I just saw the full nudity, especially that "Butt-Monkey."
